More on the “high Vibe it” website
high Vibed
The high Vibed “tab” is the container for stories that have been promoted to the home page.
In case anyone was wondering, I am currently promoting 2 or 3 stories a day to the home page… and preference is given to stories with higher vibe counts and that are submitted by site members other than myself :)
This is why the stories have such a low Vibe count- for now. After the site builds up a larger group of members, the promotions to the home page will be automated, and completely based on the Vibe count generated from real member activity.
So, don’t forget to click on the “high Vibe it” grey box under the Vibe counter if you liked the story submission!
The Vibe queue
The “Vibe queue” is the upcoming container for all member submissions which haven’t yet made it to the home page. Be sure to visit this area to see, and “highVibe” stories so that they can make it to the home page!
Other cool features
I wanted to point out that registering and submitting stories has a few other benefits as well. For example, as a registered member, you have a profile on the site. You can share this profile URL with others. You can make friends by adding them to your friend list. From your profile page, you can even access an RSS feed of your published stories.
